NOVA is closing out August with a weekend full of live music, cultural celebrations, local markets, community fundraisers, family fun, and unforgettable nights out. From bluegrass under the summer sky and an international food festival along the Alexandria waterfront to puppy yoga, barrel racing, dance nights, and throwback rock shows, August 28–30 brings plenty of reasons to get out and explore NOVA. 

Mulberry Farms Barrel Racing – Show 3

Feel the speed and excitement of barrel racing as Mulberry Farms hosts Show 3 of its IBRA Points Show series. Riders across multiple age divisions will compete around the barrels in a fast-paced equestrian morning where precision, control, and split-second turns take center stage.

Spectators can catch the action as exhibitions begin around 9:00 AM, with riders competing for points across Pee Wee, Open, Youth, Adult, and Masters divisions.
